Returns
Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Products must be in their original state without any damage
Non-Returnable Items:
- Undergarments
- Pacifiers
- Customized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead
